Friendly and disciplined environment. Quality work was priority and responsible management without any politics.

Overall experience was very good. The only issue was salary related. The other issue was Ebay Australia process discontinued due to some Clint and company internal agreement and we were not prepared for that.

Work Details

Working with Arvato was a great experience. I don't think that I will get the same atmosphere in any other organisation. I never felt that I am working and they provided me a home like and friendly environment. That's why I continued there for 4 years.

Worst management ever.... Make fool in the name of incentives... Promotions and appraisals only on the basis of as* licking... Too much of politics.... And as usual no co-ordination between ops and quality.... Even if you are sick and dying, they will tell you to come and login for half day.... You. Can never make them believe thatyou are not feeling well until and unless you faint on the floor in front of them... And you'll think you can talk about this to HR... But HR is worse than ops... They will not meet you until they see your problem as problem... You don't even have the access to the floor, where HR sits... For resignation you'll have to beg your tl like you are asking for debt...Read More

The management doesn't think about employee satisfaction or benefits at all. All they do is keep on hiring people on low salary. New joiners leave as soon as they get their salary after they get to know of the work culture. No doubt, they have hiring going on from January to December. Good for freshers to get experience so that they can get a better job easily in some other company.
