Management is really supportive and encourages us to succeed. They give importance to the individual who really performs. They have groomed me like anything. Artech plays vital role in my career.

Dislikes

Its depends on the team you are working with. Employees never complains about the company, it about people whom they are working with. Work life balance is good. Need to work on employee benefits and policies. Companies will not do politics. Only people does these things.

I nothing like about Artech. Worst company with worst Hr. They ate my whole F n F amount including laptop courier amount. Never join this company. lot of work pressure is there and forcefully you have to do work.

Dislikes

I had worst experience overall. Humble suggest do not join the company. Initially they will treat you good and after sometimes they shows there reality who actually they are. They are such a begger... They will never pay your FnF amount. So, before joining this company think 1000 times.

Good Work environment and culture. Teammates and Managers / Management friendly atmosphere. Good policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary/project bonus.

I joined Artech as a fresher, they offered me a very low package. Since the job offers we scarce during the pandemic, i accepted thier offer, after joining I was not given a proper training on the company tools or even the role I will be taking on behalf of them with Capgemini. They don't pay you in time, after you quit their organisation you'll have to wait for three months for final settlement....Read More

The HR team is always busy, they don't attend calls, respond to mails. They don't pay you in time, they will ask you to oblige to whatever their clients ask us to do. They don't pay according to the work you do.

I was a data entry operator, I was working for Capgemini on behalf of Artech. I managed an entire team even tough I was a fresher, I was a quick learner, They don't show any appreciation to the work you do.
