- Ans. Medicare is a Federal/Central program is offers medical service to the people 65 age and above at free of cost. Medicad is a State programme which offers medical benfits to the poor people whose annual imcome is very minimum to support health benfits.
- Q2. What is CHAMPVA?
- Ans. Civilian Health and Medical program for veteran affiair people who are serving or retired they are covered under triacare
- Q3. What are the Managed care plans?
- Ans. There are 4 managed care plans. 1 HMO-Health Maintenance Organisation. 2 PPO-Proffered Provider Organisation. 3 EPO-Exclusive Provider Organisation. 4POS-Point Of Service.
- Q4. Whats is HIPPA
- Ans. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act
- Q5. Explain What is Copay
- Ans. If a doctor fee is 100$ so the patient will pay the flat fee of 20$ as a CoPay and remaining amount paid by the insurance company

Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw
I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
