There’s nothing to like here.. no work life balance, promotions are linked to working late nights, working while on PTO, and making work as life. Job security is horrible, leadership team does not keep their promises, “trust” is definitely a big issue here. Everyone is here for themselves.. there is no team spirit/bonding/camaraderie here.

As a BDR you are entirely reliant on the AEs for your numbers. There is no tangible measurement on what qualifies as a flip(a customer conversation that can be taken ahead). The AEs absolutely have no concern for the BDRs and are treated as a commodity rather than a teammate. Tremendous pressure on the BDRs to deliver numbers which they have to beg from the AEs every month. The management is least concerned. The influx of people that have been focused on removing the culture that made it such a great place to work. Been eliminating a lot of great roles and programs there were of a lot of value to customers, to focus more on selling. Invest in your customers and partners and long term this should drive sales and ACV growth.

Getting promotions can be extremely difficult. Your total years of experience hold little value. If the interviewer likes you, you might secure a high position with minimal experience. Conversely, if the feedback is unfavourable, you might end up in a low position despite having extensive experience.

1. Work life balance and everything depends upon the project you are in. There are fair share of Good as well as Bad Projects here.
