The company shut down its offices and enforced work from home a week before the lock down started. We were given access to collaboration tools and meeting access within a week to ease things off. The company didnt deploy any salary cut or termination during the lockdown.

Dislikes

It is a growing company so a lot of responsibilities.

Great company to work with, performance and merit driven. The team is extremely supportive and the management is has a clear vision. If you are a performer and have the right attitude this is the company to work for.

Performance and merit driven, if you are a non-performer you will not be a right fit. It is a growing company and has a lot of work load.
