Array is a great place to work at. The management team is excellent, the culture is amazing, the team is great and the environment is very motivating.

Dislikes

Will like to see more middle-management people.

Likes

Really a great stepping stone for a new corporate professional. Really liked the startup work culture which helped me a lot in my career. Will really love to join back there after finishing my post-grad.

Dislikes

If you are not serious about your work you'll face problem in this highly motivated and professional team.

I worked in the email marketing department. I was in-charge of sending cold and engagement emails on daily basis.

The company is full of Hypocrites and hence initially you may like it.

Dislikes

They don't pay you on time. People have a lot of attitude and behaviour is rude. Lot of internal politics goes onn right from the top management level. Job is completely insecure there. Autocratic company with whimsical decision makers. Join at your own risk

Hectic job which is just boring. You will be blamed for anything and everything that goes on in the company

The company shut down its offices and enforced work from home a week before the lock down started. We were given access to collaboration tools and meeting access within a week to ease things off. The company didnt deploy any salary cut or termination during the lockdown.

Dislikes

It is a growing company so a lot of responsibilities.

It has a small team but each one of the team members are professional and extremely qualified. They are very helpful and supportive.

Great company to work with, performance and merit driven. The team is extremely supportive and the management is has a clear vision. If you are a performer and have the right attitude this is the company to work for.

Dislikes

Performance and merit driven, if you are a non-performer you will not be a right fit. It is a growing company and has a lot of work load.
