I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. I only liked about Arodek is friendly environment

They only have least of projects. Only 4/5 projects they have. And all the branches shown in website are fake. They are hire new interns with 5000 salary and trained them by experienced candidates and whenever the interns are ready they fired the experienced one. If someone wants to grow with learn something new after office hours managers are discourage them and forced to stop your career growth so that you can't switch the company with your new skill set. They don't have proper COC at the time of joining and you will be aware about that you have to serve 3 months notice period....Read More
