I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

I really like the CEO, who can understand everything when we have any technical issue or any other issue. And he is also a developer in his past, so it's very easy for us to communicate with him and fellow team members as well. And mainly he didn't rush anyone on the team and give us proper ways to achieve things in time.
