Likes

New technology helps to grow up the knowledge but lack of time to learn due to work pressure.

Dislikes

Very bad working culture. Most of the senior people finds member to put blame. No team work . There is no process and works goes in a very haphazardly manner .

Work Details

It is hectic . Because lot of politics is also there . Managers itself are not in sync which causes problems in team . So I am doing just my work from wherever it comes .

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Completely depends on the product/team you work. Appraisal is not that great. On site -NO Work life balance is good.

Work Details

Work again depends on the team. As a senior tester, I always had to work for more than 6 hours a day. During releases night outs and weekend working is mandatory. Learning wise, we get lots provided the person who already is an expert must be willing

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
