Aris global now changed a lot,lot of management changes happed.more new innovations with portfolio are coming into market. Work life balance improved with stable products.

Induction is good and Salary comea on time •

This compnay can make let you go any time by taking your resignation by promossing to seaexh outside and they will give 3 month Salary and leave benefit after they will terminate you on another baseless ground so they dont need to give it• HR is very bad and block your number and not listen and rsolve your concern• Request never ever join this compnay•

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
