Major Complex is in Mysore which offers which offers better life quality and living experine.

The company does not value the employee contibution and can terminate people and teams without giving them proper reasons. I was shown the doors after the first lockdown, while in lock down they expected us to work using our 4g networks from home and expected us to able to do the job which require minimum 100mbps connection. When the lock down was lifted insted of helping us to get the networks required to get the work done they gave us option to resign with 2 months extra pay or get terminated....Read More
