Good colleagues. Had a very good team who collaborate each other and help completing the tasks be it dev or QC.

Dislikes

No Job security. Lay offs every quarter. Management look at only profit bookings instead of upping the sales. Worst company culture. Lays off high performing employees without any criteria. Advice to job seekers, please stay away from the company. By the rate of looking at the lay offs from past 1.5 years(4 lays offs), they are going to shut down soon(maybe another 1-2 years)

I referred a friend who is looking for a job from 6 months then he received offer letter and bond for 2 years as performance test engineer before he joined he reviewed all about the team and he joined after joining the team he got to know that in that performance team their are more than 6 peoples who have been hired for the role and Because of cheap politics from the manager vishnu and sagar have removed those people after I got to know I felt bad for my friend even he didn’t survived thr for 3 months and I regret it alott he have been gone through many worked hard appreciated by other teams but he didn’t hold a buckets to their manger or his lead these people are hiring the freshers and firing them and this is happening within the arisglobal company and nobody is dare to ask them y it’s happening and HR doesn’t ask them y it’s happening if u get offer for performance testing from arisglobal please don’t accept it and if ur in arisglobal and want to refer a friend please don’t do it like me u regret alott forever I have thinked alott and sharing this comment Becoz I don’t want someone else to waste their future with hope of new beginning...Read More

As it's a product-based company you get good experience with many tools, team is friendly and helps you with any doubts. Worklife balance is okay.

Dislikes

50% of the team is working hard while the other 50% are just there for the ride. No ambition nothing. Higher management is the worst. Politics is on another level here. I don't wanna say their names but they know who they are. HRs is another big headache. Literally, in 3 years 3 CEOs and 3 layoffs can you believe it? Probably the only company that i know is going in reverse. There is still time to get back on track only when you acknowledge the right employee, DON'T LOOK INTO ANYONE's PERSONAL LIFE BEFORE LAYING THEM OFF. People get fired here if you share and show some sympathy elsewhere about your personal life. No room for talent. Join if you want to get experience for a year or two, and then see how it goes.
