They don’t value your time or efforts, no sense of how to talk to an employee, everyday will make you do overtime even make you work on weekends too but never pay for those extra hours, no work culture and very toxic & depressing environment, they also don’t give appraisal by stating stupid reasons such as you don’t interact enough with your colleagues like means what do they need us for work or entertainment? Very selfish company and not worthy at all. Very negligences are there in administrative and HR part too. No work from home policies too always gonna ask you personal reasons why you need a leave.
