Position- Finance Manager/Sr FM

Qualification-Chartered Accountant/ACCA or equivalent

Experience- Minimum 10 Years post qualification.

Place of Work- Lome, Togo

Nature of Industry- Manufacturing/Food Processing

Financial Reporting, Planning and Analysis:

• Daily Cash flow management: Anchor daily cash flow plan in line with the procurement plan. Closely coordinate with the procurement and Operation team.
• Ensure hygiene in books of accounts: Vendors master and receivables master must show correct balance and ageings. take all initiative to reconcile vendor and customer ledgers at regular interval. Ensure clean Bank reconciliation for all bank account for both the plants.
• Cost Control and analysis: Monthly analyse all expenses GL and communicate if any correction measure to be taken.
• Timely and accurate monthly MIS reporting and its review with Business Head, FC and CFO.
• AP/AR control and management.
• Provide timely and insightful financial analysis to support decision-making. (Such as Product Costing, Parity Analysis, consumables consumption of with budget Vs actual
• Inventory Reporting: Monthly Inventory Reconciliation for Raw Material and Finished Goods.
• MTM the month end Inventories and identify and post Gain/Loss
• Correct Cost Inventorisation.
• Audit: Anchor automation of the existing business and accounting process for both the entities.
• Anchor Annual Statutory Audit for both entities.
• Anchor and close Internal Audit finding and observations.
• Budgeting: Anchor annual budgeting exercise and its actual implementation tracking.
• Detailed Variance analysis report quantifying reason of difference and its corresponding impact in financial.
• Financial forecast and projections
• Keep close watch on EOY number month on month and revise the forecast if any variable change Vs planned)
• Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
• Ensure compliance of personal and corporate Tax for both the entities and its timely payment to the authorities.
• Assets Insurance coverage analysis and it renewal.
• Timely exchange control compliance- monthly by 15th of each month.
• Team Handling and mentoring: Incumbent must have ability to work independently and manage team of 10 National staff.
