Compensation for QA levels is not that great. Most of the projects are short spanned liked 3-4 months. Work load in such projects is way to high. Literally it is work life imbalance. Business is good and hiring is in progress. Hikes and promotions are frozen. No one talks about ESOPs and bonus.

Dislikes

No culture, no respect for opinions of employees. Front line managers are powerless, employees still have to depend on founders for all decisions. Politics, regional feeling,lack of professionalism is evident. If you know the founder personally, you can do anything in the organization. External COO doesn't have any power..
