Long List short :- 1. Region based politics 2. Projects are not good at all,only a handful of I say privileged persons get into those. 3. Hardly there are any good oppotunities for onsite positions even if you have worked for more than 3-4 years.They have developed a startegy of retaining people by raising VISA,once the person gets VISA,he/she may not get any onshore project allocation,eventually the person loose precious time as well as other better opportunities,please dont fall in that trap,Its tried and tested module for them. 4. Founder driven company,HR has zero role to play in it and HR policies are like piece of paper. 5. Pathetic work life balance,they dont care if you work on saturday/sunday or in holidays, they want their job to get done. 6. Supremely biased towards own regional people....Read More
