Not a good company for engineers as mostly CAD jobs are done here. One will be expected to work on any domain irrespective of their domain and experties. If an employee has a problem, then he / she may stuck in a circle. Everyone tells you to discuss your problem with your line manager and line manager has no powers. Bunch of dictators enjoy thier powers over their subordinates. Extreme favouritism here specially for ATKINS people. They have diversity and inclusion policy in place, yet employees are still working with colonial mindset. Lead regions discriminates people against their origin.
