I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. My previous company has merged with Arcadis which is well known name globally. India management has lot of politics and doesn’t take care old staff. New business module career growth is not good.

Arcadis is a very fast changing work environment. Adapts to new practices very fast.

Dislikes

Not a good company for engineers as mostly CAD jobs are done here. One will be expected to work on any domain irrespective of their domain and experties. If an employee has a problem, then he / she may stuck in a circle. Everyone tells you to discuss your problem with your line manager and line manager has no powers. Bunch of dictators enjoy thier powers over their subordinates. Extreme favouritism here specially for ATKINS people. They have diversity and inclusion policy in place, yet employees are still working with colonial mindset. Lead regions discriminates people against their origin. You may be fired from the organisation if somebody in power doesn't like you. Limited opportunities to grow. Very less increment in the year end. Unreasonable demands of management.
