Nothing total scam company it is 420 company biggest scam in IT industry employment ke naam pe chuna hai aqm it should be banned forever from operating as a company biggest scam than many other scams more politics than political parties

Let me start this this company doesn't even deserve 1 star if i had the option of giving 0 i would have definitely given it a big zero or negative rating The BIGGEST SCAMSTER 420 THUG COMPANY ITNA SCAM politicians bhi nahi karte this company is a gutter garbage this is a bigger scam than 2g scam fodder scam and all Let's start the review 1) Interviewers doesn't know how to take interview they ask vague questions my interviewing process took around 1 month and one round was taken by a useless person from insurance who asked vague questions and then on the same day i was told i was selected and put in insurance domain and this begins the torture 2)day 1 started with me getting a bag 25rs ka notebook and 2rs ka natraj pen just like a municipality school for laptop i had to wait for almost a month due to a lazy resource management person who didn't have any intrest 2)From day 1 the politics starts right from who gets to attend training who sits where and all the company is entirely run on politics one agenda driven person in insurance jiski koi aukat nahi that person decides who gets client who gets a which client and that person favourable people who are close to that person such a nonsense person played politics right from my start of tenure she wanted my spot resignation just because I said MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS infront of everyone and everyone was laughing it was my best moment on life she was embarassed i showed her where she belonged and like a kid she went to The HR and asked for my spot resignation aise toh school ke bacche bhi nahi karte if i would have been a company HR i wouldn't have even hired this person to be a house cleaning staff i doubt the HRs hiring skills of hiring such a person 3) the resource management person has got zero knowledge she is the biggest waste of the company plays politics with everyone don't know whose interviews are scheduled when is the interview she played politics with me on both clients so that I don't get selected Rmg is slower than tortoise it took 27 days for them to tell a result that i am rejected for a client it was pure politics so that I don't get selected a 420 management having zero skills and no interest 4)Vice president is the most rude person behaves as if owns the company has the power to terminate anyone and speaks rudely and horribly with freshers this person doesn't even deserve a bigger management role who spoils careers of others he should be given same treatment so he will know how it feels once this rude useless person took me to cabin and said that He is experienced than my age i don't know how cheap can a vp be to make such comments i don't know what he was trying to tell me or trying to threaten me such cheap VP who is horrible with freshers should be given same treatment all be does is prepare some slides and in the name of training torture everyone and is very deadline specific if the email is s nt even one min late than the deadline next day that person is thrown out of training horrible VP 5)the scheme is there in this company HR gives scheme in offer letter your own money is deducted every month and given as bonus after 1 year so horrible waste if money and Hr is generally very rude generally not able to explain anything related to any payroll related query and they threaten always such useless people should never be Hr even HR manager doesn't know anything puts a person in useless pip and sends show cause notice for no reason and threatens to accept otherwise action will be taken is it a company or a police station where employees are threatened these HRs are biggest 420 who needs to be taught a big lesson they are worse 6)There is a HOD who doesn't even know what to write in a official email and doesn't even know how to implement rules stinky person always tried to insult me he behaves like a Baniya. Dislikes

Project is not changed, you are sent on client location & you be there until you do not leave org. Freshers are made bond sign bond for 2.6 years. Appraisal not received on time.
