The HOD department understand themselves that they are actually the owner of the company they give full attention and tell there close ones to be with him and follow him always so that they can make fun of another guyz. 2. The HOD - Capital is the worst ever management individual in times of covid situation in mumbai he will force you to come and work from office . 3, whenever you will ask for apprisal they will tell april slot yet not got how come october slot can get . 4. For a single appriasal people wait here 2 years 5. Bonds is there for 3 years (3, month internship, 6 month on vendor, 2 years on aqm technology, 3 months notice ) when you will break this you will have to pay a big amount 6. Some people plays good politics over here they don't do work only they stick with there HOD and play politics 7. No growth at all 8. They don't even consider someones notice period for negotiation in worst condition also 9. All day you will have to work no work life balance 10. They play with people emotions and torture them badly 11. Salary is too less for freshers and others 12. Head of department always plays a dirty politics and has opened his coaching classes in office itself . 13. Clients are a bit good . 14. They make money by sending you client and will not give you 10% of that also..
