Good work environment and friendly. I had a great experience in working with aps group.

Dislikes

On the job training is not given to new joiness, there is one issue related with work and is that not given single handly work to the employees one work is distributed to many employees.

I had great 1 year experience in aps group it was a big plateform for me to showcase my talent and skill that will help with my professional and personal growth.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
