When I worked there, no restrict to contact other team (Sysops, Dev, designer, Marketing team) for solving issue as well as gathering knowledge about their field. Really that make the problem solving, sorting time minimum. Training - good, job is secure. Appraisal - Not bad. I heard most of the ex-employee (friends) are working fine in mnc as they got good technical training in Apptivo. Apptivo would take you near to your max-limit in hard work, learning capacity....Read More

Dislikes

At release time had to provide more effort. Hybrid agile methodology would be complicate when the apps were in freshers hand

Work Details

While handling team and leading certain apps would help to know about which level we are. Production release time would be in pressure, remaining time you can feel the normal IT carrier.
