There is no scope for application team members to work with latest technologies, especially backend people will suffer a lot. no learning curve here, you will be doing same thing again and again. You have to perform extraordinary to get promotion or good salary hike

The job is quite interesting struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session, I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats like developer, tester, BA, Ticket Support etc and that helped me learn

Nothing to be liked about, except 1 or 2 good colleague (based on your luck) who may use common sense, unlike the rest who don't have a clue about it and claim authority. Look for a better job elsewhere without second thoughts.

Dislikes

Basic facilities are not available like proper food court or parking bay. There is WFH option, but will not be allowed to use it. There is no process, and if one tries to implement a process, it won't be followed from the management itself. One will be pushed and rushed to get things done through assumption and imagination, as there will be no proper documentation on requirements.
