I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. It used to like Mr. Sayesh treatment towards employees. Now he left.

Dislikes

Guys don't join this company. They are not settling Final pay. There are not providing proper experience letter. They are not providing payslip properly. They are not approving PF transfer request when we go to New org. The worst part is, when you approach them for resignation, there won't be any smooth communication. If you resign,notice period is 3 months and don't expect any salary during that time. I still know couple of ex employees going to office for relieving letter, they will make them sit outside for whole day and at the end if the day will say please come some other time the person is very busy... Now the choice is yours......Read More
