Very Poor work culture with no appraisal, no learning, no skill development. Don't join if you are a experienced professional. For freshers it's good if you are hired from college placement.

worklife balance is worse project management is worse in half of the cases the company is growing at a rapid pace but still, they want to deliver the project within 2-3 months (despite the project complexity)

All the seniors know each other from the inception of this company. Hence, there is absolutely 100% biasness. All the seniors have employed their family members. Marketing head is the relative of one of the directors of the company. She is just a graduate with no experience and skills. She is good at leading the team based on hearsays and gossips. Company culture, office party, average management, good company policies. Only learning for fresh and entry level developers, cafeteria

There is a lot of policies and the management does not address our issues.. Salary is decent, hike is not upto the mark, most of the developer leaving, company trying to retain its developer by giving them greed with 1 year bond before which you can not resign.
