After working in 4 tech companies I joined Appinventiv in 2020 during the Covid times and I have to say that this is the best company i could have joined with a good salary structure and an amazing growth experience.

Dislikes

One or two people I met are inclined towards politics but the majority people and the amazing management compensates it.

Nothing, Appinventiv has a toxic culture. I did work at Appinventiv for 2 yeras beacuse of bond.

Dislikes

No policy in Appinventiv, they force employees to work 10 -12 hours work daily. The timeline is decided by the manager or the team lead or associate team lead (Team lead or associate team lead has same experience around 2 yeras) and if a developer faced some challenge into development then it's not the problem of manager or team lead, Developer has to complete task to the schedule time weather he/she spent his whole night. Spending nights in Appinventiv is normal and consider as a benchmark to the loyal employees. Appinventiv have always open positions for any designation and for any experience because no one is want to stick in to the company apart from the lazy person or the team leads or manager that don't have any skills and they know very well that no one is gonna hire them. The only job of manager and team lead to pressurized the employee and dilevered the milestone as early as possible. Even in the covid19 schenerio company cut down the appraisal and also gave false promise ( False promise is not a new in Appinventiv even CEO or the Chairman are in expert in to that ) Many manager and the team lead are not able to speak English or even not able to dileaver his thoughts wheather in English or Hindi. The person who is not the part of Appinventiv thought it's a very good company but the sad reality is that the marketing department does it job very well they have around 40 people in marketing team and they are responsible to hide the bad review as well as posted Appinventiv party picture over linkedin or any other social platforms. Many people thought that is the culture but but that is not a culture having party is not a criteria of a good culture. Think if you have to work 12 hours a day daily even Saturday and they are paying you very less and also there is no strategy, requirement changes every week and no extra benit of overtime no leave in Appinventiv....Read More

So, I joined Appinventiv 1.5 years back after my B.Tech. Looking back, it just feels like as if it was yesterday when I came to the office. The people are treated as a part of your family and there is All Hands Party on every first Friday of the month. I really feel lucky to be a part of Appinventiv.

No cons as such. But, since the company is growing so fast, sometimes there is a lack of communication with new comers.

There are a lot of things that I like about the place but the most important was that they taught me about the technologies in unconventional ways. I was part of the ios development team for a 6 month internship period. During the time there, I got a lot of new opportunities to work on new projects and learned a lot about technology.
