Directors and founders are amazing people. Got opportunity of working with Sudeep sir, Piyush sir and Dileep sir. Culture is amazing. If you like to have fun while working, this place is for you. Worked on projects like - KFC, IKEA and KPMG. And the best thing - Only vegetarian food is available in the cafeteria (might be a dislike for others)

Dislikes

The work-life balance will depend on the unit and project you end up working with, but the company has a well-defined underlying framework to ensure employee growth. Yes, Parking is a major issue.

I joined here as a trainee and although the initial days were a bit tough, while I was trying to adjust, but work became smoother with time. Work culture was friendly and I was encouraged to voice my opinion right from the initial days. Opportunities are ample since the company is on a growing curve now. and the company policies arealso pretty much employee-friendly, like I was given a 15 day paid leave while I was on my notice period since I got infected with Covid. Trainings could've been more interactive and hands-on, rather than just classes. Appinventiv has a start-up vibe to it, which could be good for some people, who're seeking extensive exposure and multiple responsibilities, but I would have liked it otherwise, personally.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
