You will take a lot of mental problems, including anxiety if you will work here, spare yourself and take few more interviews from other companies. Lol where do i begin with? Absolutely bogus, salaries are due of last 3 months, upper management including people sitting on top are absolute rubbish, digital marketing manager, BDE head, and everyone just wants to get things done with less or nothing to give in return, not even salaries. Why do you even want to work here? Ask yourself. Save yourself from the agony. From one human to another. Oh and all there good reviews are made out of compulsion and force. There is nothing to like. Consagous Technologies is the worst culture company ever I have seen. I don't know how they show themselves as a leading app development company. The culture there is worse and they always delay the salary but they want to work on time.

You can dislike everything about the company. Firstly, the manager has no idea what they need to do. They will prompt you to nuanced things and want a result from you. Second, they behave like Gunda and do not give respect to anyone. Thirdly, upper management allows the manager to behave in this way, so everyone is involved in politics.
