They will encourage you to learn new technologies and will give sufficient time to adopt and implement. They will never disturb you after your work timings.

Dislikes

Better to join without expectations on appraisals except annual hike. Self training. You have to learn your own. No on-site chances.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
