The working culture is good here and the most important is that you will learn as well as you will earn. You can learn more about the new technologies. The seniors and the Co founders of the company will always come forward to help you.

I am backend developer here so my work is really exciting. If I face any problem I discuss with my seniors and sometimes I discuss with the Co founders of the company too. They always came forward to help you whether it is about the code or anything else.
