Little learning is there because many people have left so because resource crunch, you can learn many things in order to support the team you work for.

Dislikes

No work life balance, managers will ask you work for 10-12 hours daily. No leave approvals, everyday office. Pathetic office and too far from central part of Bangalore. Dont join ever.

No promotion for good work in last 2 years. Very bad work culture. No office budget for annual party or function. Bad and old school management. They do not want to learn from their past mistakes. Keep doing the same mistake again and again. No recognition in team.

There is absolutely nothing to like about working in APAC Legal team in Apex. Anyone who is reading this, please do not consider this as a hateful review and I am honestly recommending to not join the company as you would lose your confidence and would feel stuck.

The APAC senior management is racist. They never give you the work that they promise in the interview. They will fire you if you disagree with them. Extreme micromanagement. Extremely toxic work culture throughout the company.

# Politics at top hierarchy # No job security # No Work Life balance # Horrible Culture #No increment and promotion The higher ups just pus themselves for every promotion, no recognition to entry level or senior level employees hard work. Horrible work culture no place for decent Work Ethics. The increment is like throwing pennies at beggar 1.8% - 3% They say they follow hybrid mode yet they expect you to work on weekends as well saying it’s normal considering you’re doing WFH. No technological advancement no spending on infrastructure just old school outdated systems running the report. Instead of adapting to the industry trusted software and platforms for running the files they still still use excel to this day resulting in lots of manual error. No prior announcements before layoffs will ask you to pack your bags and get out. They expect you to work for other teams as well even if it’s not the work for which you’re hired. Though it depends on the team you working on for work life balance but majority of the team goes on time and not much of a issue with volume of work.

Dislikes

No proper hike no proper bonus. Hardly you will get 4 to 5 % hike yearly that too if you get a promotion or progression. If you ask any questions about this you won't get anything. Management is not proper they have no idea about how to manage. Keep changing their plans there not even a one plan which stayed for 6months so far.

Worst company I ever worked, think 100 times before joining. They hire people with good pack and less position that anyone deserve then give 0 respects and such a poor company , they dont provide tissue papers in washroom, lay off people within one year of joining.. such a big looser company..
