...cations are down outlook crashes very often they don't have permanent solutions. No proper retention policy if u have a offer they will easily revise your pay.

Initial Salary package will be good if you negotiate well. Join as "AVP - level 1" minimum, as it is equivalent to Team Lead.

Company gives you leave but your manager will not allow you to utilize those. Partiality in appraisal and bonus. AVP level people don't work here at all. Don't even touch a single review request.

...u with any overtime facilities and still expect you to work over the weekends. They will hire you with a good package but after that you will be crying with the hike and bonus percentage.

...e message never goes beyond certain levels. No proper training handover of work. "You do it by yourself as you are taking salary" approach. Huge knowledge gap even in managerial level. They know nothing and only know to pass on the work pressure. Don't fall in the trap and join this company, otherwise you will curse yourself for taking this worst decision to join..

Negligible Bonus and Increments No Appreciation for performances and still expect alot from you Many Managers hired are from outside of corporates so they run their team like a Kirana stores.. Management's only focus is on cost cuttings so there have been layoffs 6 months ago and there is no job security Many Managers in hyderabad and banglore lack basic english communication skills.. 4 Days WFO which makes no sense at all since your manager and team members will be working from some different locations altogether Micro Management by top level managers- they will even monitor your looo breaks... There are some people who keep an eye on everyone and inform their masters.. this is the only thing that they are goood at. Boot lic*ing
