# Politics at top hierarchy # No job security # No Work Life balance # Horrible Culture #No increment and promotion The higher ups just pus themselves for every promotion, no recognition to entry level or senior level employees hard work. Horrible work culture no place for decent Work Ethics. The increment is like throwing pennies at beggar 1.8% - 3% They say they follow hybrid mode yet they expect you to work on weekends as well saying it’s normal considering you’re doing WFH. No technological advancement no spending on infrastructure just old school outdated systems running the report. Instead of adapting to the industry trusted software and platforms for running the files they still still use excel to this day resulting in lots of manual error. No prior announcements before layoffs will ask you to pack your bags and get out. They expect you to work for other teams as well even if it’s not the work for which you’re hired. 1. There are plenty of learnings. 2. My managers were good but when it comes to management that’s a different question altogether.

1. Performance appraisal is poor, even after you give 100% 2. Money is not good if you are an existing employee . If you are someone who’s getting hired from a different company ask as much as possible cause once you get in , there is no going back and there is no money coming back … 😂
