Post/promotion period is too late And 1position is Devided 3post.. like Sup,sr.sup,jr.officer,sr,officer(This are same role but lot off position devided), My thinking is if supervisor category then it will placed only supervisor-Tc/NC. then Foreman, then if technical, you will post As a Supervisor to Engineer Directly.

compensation is not decent, but growth is not slow. The work is very high. sometimes, i have to work minimum hours straight in a day as i have not to attend client calls in the evening and sometime lat in to the night. managers do value an individuals' unique strengths. overall company is good.
