Nothing frankly speaking my role to them was like a need of customer to fulfill their expectations I was been hired

Office is located in NIRLON IT park. It a posh area

Work-life here is too upsetting. No night shift allowance. No transport facility. Senior management is hopeless. If you make mistakes there will be no one to rectify it & guide you politely & respectfully but instead your manager will disgrace you & yell at you even for very minor things. The management never pays attention to people who actually work. Due to lot of politics & favouritism lot of people leave the company before completing a year. If you are on third party payroll they will treat you as orphans. Working here is a mental torture to yourself. No growth even after an year and working hard. No appreciation from management If you are good they will depromote you to L0 even if you are a good performer in L1 They just use you when they need and then once there work is done they throw you out of that LOB. There is only 45 mins break for L0 . Some TLs call between the break and tells us not to take longer breaks why you need such long break. And pressure us to come within short time. And For L1 it's straight 1 hr break to much distinguished for the level you are. Some TLs told me not to eat during your shift. Also they will call you whenever they want even you are not in the shift or your shift is ended for doing extra work. Third Party are totally ignored there problems are not taken seriously While in interview they tell us we have to just make calls sometimes as they will be working in IT department. After joining they convert sometimes into daily calling just like a call center. As per the market, salary here is below average. Expect us to work perfectly in worst salary in market They will make you work like labour's and at the time of appraisals they give silly reasons ! Never take care of their employees.
