There is nothing good if your profile is a sales Executive over there. But If you are a designer working on your own, this place is a good thing to go with. But if you belong to their tribe, then this place is heaven for you. Apart from other things, I liked the carroms boards, chessboard, and bean bags which I guess makes their company the corporate culture

1. A culture that does not value its people cannot be a corporate culture but maybe it's a Corporate Vulture. 2. Life-work balance is a joke there if you are in a sales team and working under a Manager, who is toxic. 3. Extreme office politicking and micromanagement. 4. Managers are there to control and invade you from the very first day. There is hardly any scope for two-way communication. you will be working under a designer who comes to the office after 2:00 pm as per his mood. 4. You could be asked to leave at any time. 5. If you're good at flattering, the sky is the limit 6. Appraisals are based on flattering and anything other than the performance of any individual. Last but not least, while hiring, they will tell you that you're now part of a family. They'll expect you to work without limits and sacrifice like a family. but while letting you go, they'll say 'it's all business. Last but not the least, when they plan to fire you, they put you on PIP( performance Improvement Plan) for 10 days, which is just a plot to fire you and within 2 days the HR calls you in her cabin and makes you sigh the form where there is written RESIGNATION LETTER. She forces you to put down your papers or else you would be terminated from the company which can ruin your career. So, this is exactly what is happening in the company and you can not expect anybody to come to your support they will act as if they don't know you....Read More

1. No job security at all, hiring and firing policy. 2. Liars, HR, and even top management. They lie on the exp. of the developers they onboard on the projects of the client developer is in the intern stage and show them as 2-3 year exp. developer. 3. No working hours at all, they will force you to work more than 14-15 hours. 4. Onboard you on 3 projects and charge full-time billing from all the clients. 5. Even if you can't leave the company happily, as the management has the bad habit of taking revenge on the employee just because he is getting a better opportunity, they will try everything to ruin your offer. If they can't then they ruin your HR background verification. 6. They will even harass you in your FNF by threatening you to not provide a relieving letter and exp. letter. The company sucks the soul out of employees by piling them 100s of projects The managers give false promises to clients which when failed causes developer to suffer No self respect whatsoever as even when you leave they'll hold your variable hostage and threaten you with legal

Management is not proper and veryy poor , all of them are non technical and not even practical try to complemete 4 dats development in 2 hours which compromises the quality of product. And managers are non technical resulting in unrealistic deadlines creating pressure on developers.
