Ideally one of the best places to work. I got chance to learn a lot of new technologies, they invest a lot on trainings, which not only include new technologies, but also code quality, bast practices, etc. Teammates and tech leads/architects are knowledgable and ready to help anytime you need. Depending on project life-cycle, need to stay late some times but mostly you can leave on time. Even if someone is not able to perform, he/she gets enough warning and chance (with help) to improve so I feel job here are pretty secure, provided one is willing to improve (at the end, its private company)...Read More

In case you stuck on a long ODC project, it is very difficult to change the project. You might ending working on that project for years, which might stop your technical advancement. Team size is now growing hugely so getting proper time from PMs is getting increasingly difficult. Appraisals are generally not very good in last 2-3 years (Probably due to increasing team size and lot of new hire), latest trends shows, you will be given a appraisal you won't be happy with.
