Offers ample opportunities for new graduates. Never forced to work in off-hours. Salary is credited on time. Team leaders / supervisors are supportive. Best leaves policies.

Dislikes

Management never does anonymous surveys/feedback with employees. Cost cutting in the name of fringe benefits (food/snacks). Poor and below-average appraisal for juniors as compared to other companies. They are stuck in old tech stacks/old laptops. Please try to upgrade in both. For Individuals who would rather move more slowly, the fast-paced atmosphere may occasionally feel overwhelming. There is potential for improvement in terms of internal process simplification
