Great place to work, I think this organization is amazing especially when it comes to work culture. Always treats your colleagues equally. They are friendly and supportive in every situation. Offers ample opportunities for new graduates. Never forced to work in off-hours. Salary is credited on time. Team leaders / supervisors are supportive. Best leaves policies.

Dislikes

Management never does anonymous surveys/feedback with employees. Cost cutting in the name of fringe benefits (food/snacks). Poor and below-average appraisal for juniors as compared to other companies. They are stuck in old tech stacks/old laptops. Please try to upgrade in both.
