If anyone coming from big companies like MNCs they would laugh at the working culture and miss the facilities that they get at their former companies.This is the reason ,you will not find any experienced employee who had come from other companies to Join ANR. Lady employees are not allowed to go out of the office alone. There are many offices nearby but they allow their employees irrespective of their gender to go outside at anytime or break time Favouritsm, They will never accept their mistakes, non answerable to your questions.,Lack of training i.e. everyone works on assumption without knowing the domain, No Free Transport, No Choice to employee to not to eat office food No Gym,Team Outings as per Band Level Limited Softkills Training, No education assistance, No work from Home Technology:-In the name of technology they just use latest java and angular but for other department they will use free wares like Linux ,Mantis which is not in demand in other companies.They even do not use Microsofts products and i found at the end of the day my colleagues run behind the people who has windows.As a result of this we face compatibility issues at customer side as most of the customers are still using internet explorer and Windows. And when we get their compatibility issue we keep on figuring out how the issue might have arrised and this wastes our time. Casual Work Strategy:-The leadership does not emphasises on work in a processed manner nor their favrouits questioned them as if they do so they will face the consequences at the end of the year.THEY DON'T Like QUESTIONS. Nobody even question to the leadership that What is the fullform of ANR . Only the leadership knows the requirements of the customers and they do not share why and how they get or chosen or priortise the requirements.They just visit the client side and gather the requirement and read the requirements at you and people start working on assumptions....Read More
