Good leadership at the top. However, middle management is skewed and biased. Work life balance is good provided assigned managers are easy. People & culture team does a fabulous job of maintaining positive environment. TA team is cooperative. Finance team is quick to support. Admin team provides perfect travelling and infrastructure experience. Ample learning opportunities in the beginning of the years. Freshers and Analysts should consider joining....Read More

Leadership is good but middle management is toxic. If you are a top performer chances are you will feel exploited and your growth will be disproportionate to your efforts. All talks and no show when it comes to defining individual career path. You need to go fish for projects of your interests with no guarantee of being assigned the project that was promised - upskilling is a myth - follows top down approach. Projects are assigned based off what's picked first and what's left at the end. Not a good organization for middle management. Does not focus on executive development. Employee experience team is biased to management and floor perceptions - does not focus on employee growth and advancement...Read More

Companies culture is horrible, i sometimes wonder why even I joined here, they always want to fill one thing or another, sometimes I wonder we should fill all those or work, they have 3 apps track our time and work and we need to fill that daily which is simply waste of time, i seriously hate this, of we forget to fill what we did that day in their so called application called hive, they will call us and say governance issue, I don't know how others are still working here. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Not only that, there are lot of internal politics here, you will survive only if you are managers favourite, you will be in good project only if you are managers pet, if not they will throw you into which ever project they want even if you deserve better</mark>. Salary slip include deduction of LTA & GRATUITY which a company pays you and give tax benefit if you spend anything related to leave travel allowance but here these people are deducting from your salary and giving you in annual bases. That means giving your money to you and if you left before an year or after some years then you will not get the deducted amount which is deducting from your salary every month. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> After HR discussion, HR managers are not giving you salary what was discussed or providing you salary annexure in such a way that you are getting discussed amout but actually salary will be credited after deducting more than 15k every month</mark>. Variable bonus is just a clause mentioned in bullet pointers in offer letter but still not part of salary components. You even cannot believe that you are actually getting variable amount because it is not mentioned in your salary slip anywhere. So when you want to switch to other companies you will not be able to make than understand that it is actually part of your CTC. Such waste of time if you are shortlisted for lead finance level as after three rounds of interview you will getting nothing which was discussed earlier......Read More
