Anju ji is has a very keen eye for detail and a very polished refined design sensesibilities which make her stand apart from other creative legends of the fashion industry. So it a treat to work with her.

Dislikes

Anju ji has very little endurance for any slack attitude. Also she has a short fuse, if she has to put in a lot of effort to explain herself. She expects the other person to follow her line of thought. She could also follow a design to almost completion and then decide to do something completely different.

Work Details

My work was to initiate collections with her guidance and approvals and then complete the same, handover it to the production dept. Follow ups during sampling were also part of my job function.

As a designer i really look forward to their designs .

Dislikes

as an employee of the company i didn't find any sort of job satisfaction in any manner to much politics, mismanagement,no learning and to there is no team work . salary doesn't come on time ...and so on .

it was a wonderful experience working with such a big and talented designer. I have learned alot working there in terms of designs drapes and about taking care of other events and exhibition.

Good and helpful team , good appraisal ,less politics and a peace ful work culture

being as a store manager and incharge ,i have to take care of all the team and profit giving to the company, to suggest the best look to the client
