pros about this company is excellent values, good hikes depending upon the project, mostly uses latest technologies, good infrastructure benefit for employees with good compensation for freshers it will good learning experience & not compensation

Less pay compensation at initial joining Team politics which may depend upon project like less ratings while appraisal meetings Hikes may vary depending upon the project & situations, overall good hike will be given when compared to other organizations

Overall it is a good experience working with Amzur, I suggest to management to increase the compensation for the employees to great standards & management should involve in ratings during review meetings as there are more team politics

I think Amzur is really a good place to start your career. Work Life balance is good but depends on the nature of work . People working there are in general nice and management is responsive and give a patient hearing to your grievances and tries to resolve them at the earliest but Company policies have changed now and they have become stringent now. As far as job security is concerned, god knows the best. It really depends on the circumstances but still assured that you are still in safe hands. But one thing that everyone has a problem with Amzur is that they don't pay you well and chances of hikes are rare but overall if we see, it is a good place to work ....Read More

The main thing is they are not really growing enough even after their 15 years of presence in the market and salary is abysmal.
