pros about this company is excellent values, good hikes depending upon the project, mostly uses latest technologies, good infrastructure benefit for employees with good compensation for freshers it will good learning experience & not compensation

Dislikes

Less pay compensation at initial joining Team politics which may depend upon project like less ratings while appraisal meetings Hikes may vary depending upon the project & situations, overall good hike will be given when compared to other organizations

Work Details

Overall it is a good experience working with Amzur, I suggest to management to increase the compensation for the employees to great standards & management should involve in ratings during review meetings as there are more team politics
