One of the worst management and work culture I've worked in my 5 years of career, the work pressure is immense, and there is no benefits, no yearly increment or career growth. And if you're in retail division you have to sell, you have to bill, settle cash, set up finance for customersthat is hdfc, zest,Bajaj and what not..they won't provide finance staff, everything is on your shoulders, and the backend processes which are countless. The company and it's leaders are very supportive of your learning , growth..there is freedom to work ..initiate your ideas ..open culture to speak. .. very approachable people at the leadeship level ..makes the workplace your next home

Priorities need to be set at the start of the year and not as when the leadership feels ... Recruit competent team members to support you with adhoc and difficult scope projects ... Give Saturdays off so that the productivity goes up and there is work life balance ... Introduce work from home
