You can learn a lot professionally, management arranges many pieces of training mainly for the sales team. But carrier growth is very very slow, timely salary. They will give incentives but takes some time. The incentive structure is confusing and difficult.

Dislikes

Salary growth and carrier growth are very, very slow. Less corporate politics. But everything will be decided from Bangalore HO only.
