There is absolutely no job security, worst culture, management head afraid to take responsibilities.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management is totally disinterested about employees' grievances. Salary structure doesn't match with market very less. There's a bond of 1.5 years which employee cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
