Company won't provide salary even after the training period. There is no cafeteria, fresher have to wait for other person to eat so you may get a chance to eat after 3.30. if you wanna waste your time you can join Amitysoft it's a best place Bro...

There is absolutely no job security, worst culture, management head afraid to take responsibilities.

There is a lot of politics and the management is totally disinterested about employees' grievances. Salary structure doesn't match with market very less. There's a bond of 1.5 years which employee cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
