Nothing to like in this Organization.

No Growth, No Learning, No appraisal, No bonus, - If Management considers, only a 3% to 5% bonus they also have to negotiate a lot. No appreciation, All your good work will be taken by your manager and they will say I have implemented this new thing in the process and you will stand nowhere. They are making full to the people - Initially, they will give good package and hire</mark>. Later point of time they will escalate your error and terminate. Also, it is not all process-oriented, everything is scattered. All old employees will dominate because they have a good repo with senior management. They will fix their work and then they will terminate you once the process alignment is done. Always you have to do buttering to your managers. If not then they will keep you in trouble and leads to Termination. Every year Termination is more than attrition. Also, requested everyone not to join the Compliance Team of this organization. They will confirm on written or in the mail and always confirm things verbally, and at the time of Audit those Employees will get sacked and they will document all your errors and say Tata - Bye - Bye.
