The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

This company is not recommended to join to experienced candidates. The whole Corrupt HR system specially hr girls are working to divert and join new talents in this company and after some time they started laying off experienced professionals on silly and minor reasons or compelled employees to resigned on their own. These are talent predators, exploiting and Harrasing, their employees and made them to resign in 1 to 2 years. The company management including HR is totally un ethical and confused about policies related to safety and security<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Increments are totally non valuable and of any then based on personalized excel sheet not based on performance of individuals</mark>. Current financial situation is not growing and still lagging behind year 2020. Unsatisfied vendors, unsatisfied employees, unsatisfied customer's tells lot about the company HR and it's management.
