I dedicated almost 5 years to American Express and I’ve yet to find another company that can rival the calibre of their work environment. They are the one of the best.

Working isn’t the concern! It’s the hiring process. There are people who get personal in getting back into American Express, even if you were the best employee the re-hire process depends on only on the last manager you worked with. If s/he didn’t like you, don’t even think about getting hired.

Best part is job security but what for that you have to sacrifice your peace of mine its worthless and work culture is good which is created by top management but no one follows if we see down word no one is following, dirty politics everywhere

PIP process will go longer for 6months but for sure an sales employee would lost his interest in working because he will not work for getting incentives or growing himself but to just perform for saving himself from PIP level 2... its trap if you are planing to join in SALES department.
